Het is meer dan zestig (60)
jaren sinds de originele hongertochten plaats vonden in Holland in 1944-45.
Een heruitvoering van de
hongertochten vond plaats
in Holland
van 4 t/m 12 augustus 2007.
Het was de eerste keer dat
dit historische evenement op een uitgebreide manier werd herdacht.
Als U de achtergrond van de

Omdat veel van de
overgebleven originele deelnemers en hun afstammelingen nu in het
buitenland wonen is de informatie ook in het Engels gegeven.

More than 60
years ago the original
Hunger Marches took place in Holland during the winter of 1944-45.
A reenactment
of the Hunger Marches took place
in Holland
in August, 2007.
This
was the first time that this historically important event was remembered
in a comprehensive manner.

overseas, this information is provided also in English.
